Yard Sale/Flea Market to support our teens

We are having a yard sale/flea market fundraiser on Saturday, May 11th to help support our teens attending Christian Camp and a Mission Trip next summer. There also will be cook out items for sale so please come out and support our teens. 

You may rent a space (outdoors) 10 x 10 for $5 a piece and tables (1 table- $2 and 2 tables – $3). Set-up begins at 6 a.m.. You are required to price, sell and set-up your own items and will keep any money you make. The teens will be selling on tables also. Anyone desiring to donate items to the teens for their profit can leave items in Johnson Hall on Friday. We are going to have Salvation army come out to pick up after the sale if you desire to donate any unsold items.

The teens are going the Wilds Christian Camp this summer and a Mission Trip next summer and proceeds from this sale will go directly to those needs. We ask that there be no selling of inappropriate materials to include: games, videos or items with inappropriate content and appearance.

New Classes at Tidewater

Pastor Pearson is using the Sunday p.m. service to teach our church family about the Christian Home. After having the subject requested by several young families, Pastor felt God was leading in this direction. If you are interested in attending the classes (service) is at 6 p.m. on Sunday evenings.

We have also begun classes on Tuesday evenings from 7-8 p.m. The current class Pastor is teaching  is “Christ and the Church”. Everyone is invited to attend these classes in the large classroom at Tidewater Baptist Church.

Building Dedication Service

Jan 13th, 2013 at 2:00pm

All are invited to join us we thank the Lord for His goodness and pray for His blessings on this new building. The service will start at 2:00pm and there will be an open house following with cake and coffee.
